Calidris Birding Tours takes all reasonable steps to make sure your personal data remains private. We do pass on information such as name, date of birth, passport details, dietary requirements where needed to our local guides so that they can make the necessary arrangements to ensure the smooth running of the trip in terms of access permits, domestic flights etc. We never sell, exchange or provide for free any of your details to third party marketing companies or data harvesting organisations. How long we retain your personal information
In the case of enquiries about tours and when booking tours we will retain your email address indefinitely for our own marketing/newsletter purposes only unless you tell us you wish to opt out of this.
In the case of all other personal details provided to us when booking one of our birding tours, your full names will be retained indefinitely on our accounts so that origin of finances can be clearly identified according to law. All other details will be retained for one year from conclusion of the tour the client has participated in before being deleted; we retain this information for period because we hope that you will travel with us again and having your information to hand will make it easier for you to make another booking.
