How to Book
When you have found a Calidris birding tour that you would like to join please send us an email at info@calidrisbirdingtours.com to confirm availability, or give us a call on +44 (0)7880 554891.
Once we have confirmed availability please complete the online form displayed below to submit a booking request for your chosen birding tour, ensuring that you fill in the required information indicated by an asterisk. Your booking will be confirmed once we have received your deposit payment.
To make it easy to make a birding tour booking there are one of two methods to choose from. Either;
- Our Preferred Method: Fill in the online booking form on this page and pay the deposit by transferring the amount to our business bank account; on receipt of the booking form we will email you with our account details. Once you have set Calidris Birding Tours up as a payee it will be simple to make the final balance payment.
- Alternatively: Fill in the online tour booking form and pay the deposit by cheque; on receipt of the booking form we will email you with payee details and our address.
When we have received your booking and deposit we will send you a receipt via email which can be downloaded. This email will also contain the due date of the final balance.
We aim to confirm your booking within 5 working days of receiving your deposit.
Your pre-departure tour information pack will be sent to your address 2-3 weeks before the trip commencement. This will contain the trip bird checklist, confirmation of itinerary and all other essential details.
